Citrix to anounce that Xenserver will be free of charge??

A friend of mine gave me a hint to read this blog post they write about the fact? that Citrix will anounce that Xenserver will be offered free as of next week.  The free version will have almost all the functions a priced (US $900) xenserver now has. So is this a next strike to Vmware? and what will be Vmware there respons to this? Citrix is agrasive in marketing lately making more and more goodies available for free.

HP and NIC Teaming

For as far as I know there has not been an official release of one of the big OEM's regarding NIC-Teaming while using Microsoft Hyper-V until now. HP has released some guidance and published an HOW-TO.

Ran into a nice site today, do you know how much you save when you virtualize your envoriment? I didn't know exactly, and didn't know how to calculate it very easy.

These days it's hot to virtualize, and now you can show your account how much money you'll save, when you make a report on this Microsoft site

 
citrix is saying goodbye to employees

In the current time of depression, or better some managers made millions while banks were fooling around with people's money it also is hitting Citrix in the wallet now. As I am writing people in the USA are receiving there resignation letters and might get a paycheck for a few days? didn't hear about that.
