Already almost a month ago the busy bees of sysinternals released Process Monitor V1.33. At the moment of the release I thought about it to post a article on it but it totally slipped my mind.

Hey all, As you have noticed we have been unreachable for a while. We were migrating this site and although the date was this week it went a bit sooner and with a bit more stress. But we are back in business, and are not planning downtime for a long time hopefully :)

Yesterday 20 may 2008 Citrix released a new Technical Preview. User Profile Manager. In large environments in can become a big task to manage all there is in a profile like cookies, favourites etc.

Now that the public preview is available of XenApp 5.0 we also get the WI5.0. I went playing with it on a windows 2008 server and after several back's and installing more roles and rebooting the server I finally installed the new Xenapp5.0 server. Quickly browsing to the new web interface i was stunded. A ugly bettie that turned into a beautiful lady.

Moving favourites? If you are anything like me you don’t like to keep your favourites, document, etc on the same drive as your operating system. I do this for one simple reason, when I re-install my OS I don’t need to stress about making sure I backup my favourites, etc before starting the re-install. With Windows Vista it is really easy to do, go into your profile, right click on the folder you want to move, click properties then click on the location tab and finally click move. Really easy, correct? Well no, you have 1 more thing you need to do in order to get this to work correctly. If you don’t do this you will get an annoying message whenever you try and save something to your favourites and in the end it wont save the new page.

Citrix has released the public beta of XenApp 5.0. It is since a few days downloadable. The XenApp5.0 is called project Delaware and is specially for Windows Server 2008
