Help with Secure Gateway configuration - 2007/04/16 21:46 Hi. I am configuring a new installation of MPS4 with Secure Gateway. I have installed the Secure Gateway component on a server in the DMZ...the web interface is on an IIS server inside the secure network. (Might this be the problem?) From an external client, I can connect to the URL for the SG and it displays the normal web interface login page. I can successfully login and it shows me my published applications. But, when I try to run an application, it thinks for a while and then gives me an error (also attached) "Cannot connect to the Citrix MetaFrame server. There is no Citrix MetaFrame server configured on the specified address." Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Re:Help with Secure Gateway configuration - 2007/04/17 11:17 I assume all the ports required between the CSG, the WI and the Citrix Servers are open?

Re:Help with Secure Gateway configuration - 2007/04/17 15:00 Thanks for your reply. Yes, all of the ports are open. I found out that the problem was with my WI config. I did not have the "Secure Gateway Direct" access method configured. I was instructed to check the launch.ica file on the client and saw an internal IP address, which got me looking in the right direction.
