More and more people are using Desktop Search Engines, like the one from MSN. Handy tool, but it might pose a problem when using an Outlook client to connect to Exchange, as Microsoft explains in [url=http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;905184this article[/url].
Even if the explained problem is not an issue, you might want to have a look at the described tool for monitoring Exchange data: Exmon!
