Recover <shift>+<del> deleted items - 2006/05/10 11:36
If you press <shift>+<del> when deleting a message from a mail folder, it wil not go through the "deleted items" folder and you wil not be able to recover it with the "recover deleted items" option from the tools menu.
So are the messages gone forever? NO, it is just a client setting, not allowing you to perform the recover action. Exchange does not actually delete the message, unless the retension time is turned off!
