Ica client cannot connect to Presentation Server 3 - 2006/05/11 20:46
After you tested that the port 1494 TCP is open and you are able to browse published applications you stil receive the message

Cannot connect to the Citrix MetaFrame server. The Citrix MetaFrame server you have selected is not accepting connections

Although you are able to open published applications through the webinterface the normal ICA client won't let you open a session.
This is a known bug and you should disable "enable session reliability" in the published application. See also
ICA session is established to TCP 2598 port by default when using Session Reliability
