RES Powerfuse - 2007/02/14 13:36 We just had an Powerfuse reseller come in and give us a demo on Powerfuse. Currently we make use of a combination of Active Directory Policies, Mandatory profiles and AppSense to control and manage our environment.

Ok now we all know that these presentations only show you the best of the best, but this software looked really good!

Has anyone here used it at all?

Cheers

Re:RES Powerfuse - 2007/02/16 14:20 I would recommend the user of RES Powerfuse. You can totally lockdown a desktop without implementing all kind of difficult policies etc. If you start with learning mode (users can still do everything) you can then go to full blocking mode and authorize applications that users can open. You can create a startmenu and give apropiate permissions to groups so a user will see only that what he/she has permissions for etc. a res subscriber agent on everydesktop and your good to go GPO adicted
