Protocol Driver Error Again - 2007/08/31 17:32
Hi Guys,
Once again i've been plaugued by the protocol driver error and once again its been defeated. To confirm this is the same issue disable Session reliability and look out for SSL error 38.
When using a CAG and you enter your PS4 servers into gateway appliances as a STA server and you have multiple servers using the same ID you need to log on to your presentation servers and edit the CtxSta.config file to reflect unique UID codes.
Follow the following steps to do this:
1. Locate the CtxSta.config file (%programfiles%CitrixSystem32 on Presentation Server 4.0 or later and the Citrix XML service appears within Services.msc or within InetpubScripts on Presentation Server 4.0 or later if IIS/XML port sharing is used).
2. Open CtxSta.config in a text editor, such as Notepad.
3. Change the value of the UID to a unique value and save the file.
4. After making the change(s), either perform an IISRESET or restart the XML Service as required.
This should solve this issue.
