Users experience an 11-second delay in folder redirection when a Windows Server 2003 SP1-based computer that is running Terminal Services uses mandatory profiles
SYMPTOMS
After a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1)-based computer that is running Terminal Services is configured to use mandatory user profiles and folder redirection, folder redirection works as expected for the first user who logs on to the remote computer. However, later users experience an 11-second delay in folder redirection for each folder.
