Have to work with ESEUTIL /P
Always perform a defrag afterwards. The reason why, it optimizes your databases eseutil /p doesn't care about your DB structure, it only creates a readable database from what it can read. It doesnt care about structure or data what it cannt read (thats just ripped off).
So want to run smooth again think of a defrag afterwards.
Perform also a defrag if you move many mailboxes to a new DB
