The dreaded Protocol Driver error, if you have implemented a CAG solution you no doubt ran into this somewhere along the line. This error is a fairly generic error and basically there are a lot of errors that come back as this. As each one comes up and is solved a solution is written up in the Datacrash forum. Thus far we have 2 different resolutions to the problem from 2 different CAG implementations. The first was being caused by a timing issue where we needed to update the timing settings. This information can be found at: The second issue arose because all our Citrix servers were cloned from a single image. This meant that the STA ID on each server was the same which was causing issues when trying to validate the ticket in the event that the 1st STA server failed.
