Brian Madden and Kevin Goodman have done it again. In April this year they released a wall chart of the entire Citrix Logon process. The chart goes into excrutiating detail showing every step throughout the entire process.
They have now done it again and due to popular demand have released a Citrix Logoff process wall chart. Again it goes into every last detail from when the user clicks log off, though printer deletion, CAL reclamation and the profile unloading.

I would highly recommend downloading these and holding on to them, you never know when your Server logon's or logoff's will stop working.
