Citrix has released a new tool called Citrix Printing Tool. This tool enables you to troubleshoot right.. the printer issues in your environment. You have already tools like Citrix printdetective that show's what drivers are installed but not as in depth as this tool. I didn't test it yet but will be testing this tool very soon in a Windows 2008 environment.
