I already knew that today HRP03 would be released. But like most of the information I receive it's all under the beautifull non disclosure agreement so I simply can't write about it.
Today however HRP03 is officially released and is publicly on the citrix website. Be sure to backup your server(s) before rolling out this package so you can rollback in worst case scenario. Pre requirements for installing HRP03. The license server must be upgraded. In a mixed server environemt (xenapp4.5 /5.0 , server 2003/2008) the Zone Data collector must be a 2003 server with HRP03 installed on it. So don't make the 2008 server ZDC! The HRP03 for windows server 2003 can be downloaded here It is however not available for Windows server 2008 yet, they have to create hotfixes first for this OS :) Edit: After fireup the installer we get a pretty nice notice you need vcredist for Microsoft Visual C++ installed. Well that little bugger cannot be found on the installation cd of xenapp4.5 but can be found here vcredist.exe x86 and vcredist.exe_x64 If you have the xenapp5.0 dvd the vcredist files are included in the directory XA50_WS08_EN\support\vcredist\ |
