Microsoft released at 1 september (yeah I know it's already oldie) the lab to be able to configure Terminal Gateway Server and the ability to deploy a Terminal Server Client. This hands on lab takes about 180 minutes to complete and learns you to above described items. We didn't do this yet so I really can't tell you if it's usefull or not.
I can only hope that Microsoft will realese more and more of these hands on labs so for those who are not able to setup a virtual environment with Longhorn beta on it or setup a dedicated server with Longhorn beta they still can use the hands on labs to get to know more about Longhorn Terminal Server.
