Yesterday I received a news letter from Microsoft that the dutch division received the first prototype telephone's of the new IP telephone's. I already worked with voip phone's from CISCO as a user and that looks just like a normal phone with a grey lcd panel in it.

I wrote a e-mail back to the dude from Microsoft that I would be interested in some real photo's but they haven't send me any yet :) I received a few links and 1 of them contains a nice drawing? of the phone Microsoft will be shipping, I was pleased to see they integrated outlook inside of the phone but wonder when you are already behind a computer reading your email what it serves us more to see in the phone how much email messages we have received? They are testing in The Netherlands the viop phone from Microsoft with the beta "Office Communication Server 2007" so we are wondering how smooth it will run within Windows environments :) When we get more information we let you know.
