Microsoft releases 6 April 2007 Process Monitor V1.2. (read it at brian madden his site) This tool was original created by Sysinternals and later it was acquired by Microsoft. It runs now with integrated reg- and filemonitor.
The tool is not only grown more advanced, but also shows more detailed information in a glance. Microsoft changed the license agreement a little bit but the tool is still 100% freeware.
