Troubleshooting printer drivers has always been an issue in the SBC world. I stumbled reasent also on the fact I couldn't delete a printer driver from the print server properties. Driver is in use while no person is logged on to a terminal server and you resetted the printer spooler and citrix printmanager service.
A way to get rid of drivers is diggin in the registry and delete the dll's from the machine. Another way is to use the freeware tool that Kyocera has for its printers but that also works for a majority of other printers! Get the tool here This tool shows you already the printers in the registry and all available dll's files. Be very carefull with using this tool cause you don't have a undelete action. |
