Mark Russinovich better know as "Sysinternals" just relased a new version of "Process Monitor", the new version was coded from scratch and intergrated the tools "Filemon" and "Regmon". Many people worried that Sysinternals collection would no longer be free, but part of the deal was that utilities created by Mark would remain free for all use... Get it here
