A colega of mine hinted me a few days ago about a nice remote desktop gathering tool. VisionApp remote desktop 1.5
This application enabled you to create folders and put servers into it. Also you can create credentials and link them to a folder so you won't have to supply credentials while opening a rdp session to a server. The tools is freeware and in my opinion a must have for those who use a lot of remote desktops to manage there server environment. It works very simple you create servers in folders and then link the created user credentials to one of the folder. If you work with more then 1 user in a environment you can simply link user A to folder Z and user B to folder Y. After your password has changed you need to update the credentials but that is only in xx months depending on how the password age policy is setup in the environment you manage.
